1. What are production targets and how will those targets be achieved?

We will maintain a good production and cleanliness of the food through maintaining all

utensils and any materials for the kitchen. The monitoring schedule will be every end of the

month for the improvement and good production of food, using the past year services we will

continue the good quality and good services for the fast food and targeting the double profit

compare from the past year.

2. What resources do you need to produce your product?

LAND BUILDING EQUIPMENT

LAND: The land is where the station constructed and usually we build the buildings. The

required total area for the fast food area is 20 X 25 square meter.

BUILDING: The building constructed will be located at the market area.

EQUIPMENT: Here is a list of the commercial kitchen equipment that a Fast food

restaurant , Stock Pot Stove , Hotplates , Potato Peeler , Hamburger Press , Pressure Steamer,

Microwave Oven , Refrigerator and Freezer
