values of respect, harmony and achievement. Students with challenging behaviour she manages
them skilfully by using the school’s behavioural management routine and removing them from
class and then later having a one to one talk with them. She has used the Bouncy Ball noise
management, the bell, clapping rhythm and the wheel noise gauge to manage the noise level in
