Q1. Under the Socialist agenda, the Government of Indiana (GoI) has overtaken the role of
distributor and supplier of LPG cylinders. However, the process of applying for a LPG cylinder
has become tiresome and over-regulated. One citizen of Indiana, Ramana, being weary of this
over-regulation of distribution of LPG cylinder has challenged this role of GoI in Supreme
Court of Indiana. You being the Lawyer of Ramana, help him in framing arguments against
this over-regulation. (Answer in 50 or less words).

Q2. The diffusion of power in a ‘Parliamentary form of Governance’ is the key to


Constitutionalism. Analyze the above statement under the light of ‘Parliamentary Form of
Government are less stable but responsible’ (Answer in 50 or less words).
