I have been working as data analyst for the last 03 years. In this sample work, I have
collected data of different social groups to understand the process of knowledge management.
I have utilized reflective model with four variables to analyze this data. The impact of social
capital and intellectual capital on innovative performances in knowledge management
process has been demonstrated in this study.
