Comprehensive strategic management model is an unending process.

Comprehensive strategic
management model basically identifies strategic principles and elements essential to establish a plan
that would allow the company to fulfill its purpose.

It primarily refers to a company's formulation, implementation and evaluation of its long-term business
plans. Strategic formulation is the first step in strategic management and involves gathering, evaluating
and organizing information.

In the model there are 3 stages which are Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation and Strategy
Evaluation.

In the first stage or strategy formulation consists of

Developing the Vision and Mission Statements

Perform External and Internal Audit to then Establishing Long-Term objectives

After establishing objectives of the management, you can generate, evaluate and select strategies which
may improve the management

Moving on to the second stage or strategy implementation

Implement Strategies - Management Issues

Implement Strategies – Marketing, Finance, Accounting, R&D, and MIS Issue

These are basically applying the strategies that may include matching organizational structure with
strategy, creating an organizational climate conducive to change, managing political
relationships, and adapts to different issues

Lastly the third stage or strategy evaluation

Measure and Evaluate Performance in which basically the management re evaluates the formulation
and implementation of strategies. In which Business Ethics, Social Responsibility, and
Environmental Sustainability and Global or International Issue will be considered. This is why it is
called an unending process
