Title-“ Analysis of voting patterns of
different communities in Society ”

Scope of Study in Region :- The Study was conducted at the


Khajuriya Village located at Hatod Tehsil of Indore District. The aim
was understand the mentality of the different communities on the issue
of voting and party preferences for whatsoever the reasons.

Research Objective:-
The objective of this research is to find out about the voting mentality
of groups of people based upon their caste based thinking and the role
caste plays during the time of elections and getting the insights of
different political parties on their exploitation of it and how there
policies revolve around it.

Research Methodology:-
The research methodology used was at most primary done by doing
research and asking out the people from the village.
The secondary data collection that was done was from taking out the
information on census of the village Khajuriya, Tehsil Hatod and
District of Indore about the population of Sc/St and Not Sc/Sc
population .

Sampling Technique
The Village consisted mainly of Brahmins and Rajputs which are the Upper
Castes.The village is literally consisted of this 2 Brethren only with neligible
people from other communities and no minorities of any other faith than Hinduism.

On the outskirts of the Village consisted of the SCs populations living in very
deplorable conditions or tormented muddy roads and mud houses, tent houses or
brick houses. Only a 3-4 building were pakka houses among there. They also had
there. However the Schdueled tribes lived along with village only. The Tribals
were all Bhils.
