1.       Bank statement from January, 2018 to till date (Business & savings account)
2.       Copy of FDR & Sanchaypatra. if any
3.       2+2 Photographs (husband & wife)
4.       Professional CV/bio data
5.       Copy of NID(old copy)/passport copy. both
6.       Visiting card
7.       E-TIN certificate & Tax papers copy with return slip last 2 years.
8.       An A/C payee cheque for loan processing& legal fees TK. 7,250/- (initial amount) & rest amount would be paid after sanction
9.       All Ownership deed/Title Deed others properties (House, Flat, Shop etc).
10.    Loan statement& sanction letter copy (if any).
11.    Rental agreement (House, Flat, Shop etc).if Any
12.    Trade License
13.    Work order Last one year.
14.    Two Employed person Reference Details (Name,Designation,office address, Mobile No.)
