That the first party gave authority to the second party to transact in their behalf with the following
condition:

1. That the transaction made by the second party to the procuring entity will be within the second
party and the procuring entity.
2. That the second party will procure the items needed to be delivered to the first party and pay
the corresponding royalty of seven percent (7%).
3. However, in the failure or choice of the second party to outsource the needed items to be
delivered the latter will pay the royalty ten percent (10 %).
4. That the second party will not have any conflict with the areas to be covered by the first party.

1. That the transaction made by the second party to the procuring entity will be within the second
party and the procuring entity.
5. That the second party will procure the items needed to be delivered to the first party and pay
the corresponding royalty of ten percent (10%).
6. However, in the failure or choice of the second party to outsource the needed items to be
delivered the latter will pay the royalty twelve percent (12 %).
7. That the second party will not have any conflict with the areas to be covered by the first party.
