Q2: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the record.

A2: I am PO2 Eric Rebollos Bernardo of legal age, married and a member of the Philippine Navy
currently assigned at CMOU-WM Naval Installation and Facilities Western Mindanao, Bagong Calarian,
Zamboanga City.

Q3: Are you aware of the sale of a second-hand car between 1LT RONALD B LANGCAMON, PAF and
SN2 Apple Joy Micabalo, PN?

A3: Yes sir.

Q4: Can you tell us the circumstances surrounding this transaction?

A4: Sometime in April 2018, my office colleague SN2 Apple Joy Micabalo was looking for a second
hand 4-wheel vehicle. In good faith, I recommended her to Capt. Langcamon. I gave her the cellphone
number of Capt. Langcamon and told her to just talk to him for their transaction. After a few days, SN2
Micabalo texted me that she was able to purchased a Vios series of 2017 model amounting to
300,000.00 pesos. Accordingly, their transaction was consummated and paid in Sangley Point, Cavite.

Q5: Why did you recommend Capt. Langcamon to SN2 Micabalo?

A5: Because I was able to purchase a black-colored Innova series of 2016 model with Plate No. YT
7307 for 450,000.00 pesos from Capt. Langcamon back in February 2018.

Q6: What happened next?

A6: In 2019, SN2 Micabalo kept on texting me as she was worried about the Registration of her
purchased vehicle. I told her to contact Capt. Langcamon who failed to reply her even after several
months. I advised SN2 Micabalo to try searching the Facebook Account of the owner and ask for his legal
identification cards for the purpose of registration of the said vehicle.
Q7: Are you aware that the car sold by 1LT RONALD B LANGCAMON to SN2 Apple Joy Micabalo, PN
is a “hot car”?

A7: No Sir.

Q8: Why?

A8: I plead that I am innocent about the illegal selling of vehicles as I myself, is also a victim of the
said modus operandi. Hence, I am a purchaser in good faith, conscience and intention who trusted an
officer of a prestigious military unit.

Q9: How did you become a victim?

A9: On October 3, 2018, while driving along Cawa-Cawa Boulevard, Zamboanga City with my
family, I was flagged-down by the HPG team who approached and inspected my vehicle. The HPG found
out that said vehicle is under alarmed in the Clearance Office of the HPG. Accordingly, the plate number
that was attached to my purchased vehicle came from another vehicle. In short, I was able to purchase a
vehicle with fake plate number and conduction sticker.

Q10: Are you saying that you do not have any knowledge that the car you have purchased from Capt.
Langcamon has legal issues?

A10: Yes sir, I had no foreknowledge that the car was illegally sold to me because it was bought from
an officer of the Philippine Air Force whom I presumed to be trustworthy.

Q11: Do you know where your car is?

A11: Yes sir, based on the HPG Spot Report, my car was placed at the RHPU9 impounding area.

Q13: Do you have anything else to say?

A13: Yes sir. I would like to state that I do not have any participation to Capt. Langcamon’s scheme in
selling vehicles nor facilitated illegal activities of the said officer.
