Our hourly rate public holiday bank holiday included all incidentals, are at present: R$ 160.
Heat charge: R$ 30 / working hours

Building site Performance:

 acceptance of responsibility of the building free
 all bricklayer-, concrete-, foundation- and stem works
 provision of light, gas and oxygen

Warranty of work:
24 months after provisional acceptance

Payment conditions

80% Monthly assembling paid 30 days end of the month depending of the installation situation
20% After Provisional Acceptance after the real start of the line

Penalties

From the 15th of Mai 2013 (end of erection) 0,5% per day with a max of 10%
