To enrol online, visit this website: https://discipulus.amasystem.

To log in, enter your USN in the enter email field, then the Password is your USN[your bday] in the form of
year/month/date
Example:
USERNAME: 1234567890
PASSWORD: 123456789020000929 (bday here is Sept. 29, 2000)
 CLICK MENU

Go to My Profile then enter your email address.

 Then back to Menu.

Click Pay Balance if you still have balance from the 3rd Trimester. You need to Pay atleast 25% of your balance.
If you don’t have unpaid balance, Click Pay Reservation.
 Click Pay Reservation

Enter 500 and choose your Payment Method then Click Submit.
 Then choose your payment method.
If upon payment, you will be asked for the Coordinator’s Number just enter 01090242.
After successful reservation payment, go back to Menu and Click Enrollment.

Upon enrolment, you will be asked for the Coordinator’s Number just enter 01090242.
Then choose your desired subjects and schedules.
If you want to have another payment aside from the reservation fee, then you can pay again thru the available online
payment channels.
Then, you can have a copy of your Assessment.
If you have nothing more to process, then click Log Out. =)
