Initial Interview

Feedback on Promptness

- Didn’t answer the call on time. It is important to be beside your phone on the exact time
you specified in your application. In actual setting, HRs/Interviewers have tight schedules
so they wouldn’t have the luxury of time to reschedule your interview. This might cost
you a job in the future.
- Acceptance of call has a professional sense to it.
- Spent little to no time in answering the questions. Made a great job improvising.

Feedback on Confidence

- Confidence has been astoundingly exhibited, while also maintaining humbleness in

answering.
- Enthusiasm and willingness is there, but should also learn to strike a balance between
professionalism and charm.

Feedback on Communication

- Avoid providing statements that are in a sense degrading or objectionable to the

company.

E.g. Choosing a company because they are small as compared to others in the same industry.
This might give a wrong impression of viewing the company as inferior.

- Failed to make proper research about the company. This is a must to show that you are
really willing in joining the firm.
- Answered the questions with poise and professionalism.
- Was able to align personal interests to the benefit of the firm.
