gradient could rectify the problem.

request for the budget later to Ministry of
Finance incase the amount becomes
insufficient for the procurement of lab
equipments.
6. Completion Certificate  Issuance of completion certificate letter was  Consultant to issue certificate of completion
discussed between consultant, Client, after the completion of remaining works.
