SUDA, EUDA, OUDA, AUDA, CUDA, PKM-UDA) - Implementation of
APDPMS in 7 New UDAs - Certain instructions - Issued - Reg.

Please see the reference cited, wherein the Government have issued instructions
authorizing the Director of Town and Country Planning to issue Development Permission
as per prevailing rules in newly constituted (7) UDAs viz. Annamayya Urban Development
Authority (AUDA), Bobbili Urban Development Authority (BUDA), Chittoor Urban
Development Authority (CUDA), Eluru Urban Development Authority (EUDA), Ongole
Urban Development Authority (OUDA), Palamaneru-Kuppam-Madanapalli Urban
Development Authority (PKM- UDA) and Srikakulam Urban Development Authority
(SUDA). The same has been communicated to all the concerned officials vide reference 2nd
cited for implementation. Further, the Building and layout approval was made online for
the said newly constituted (7) UDAs. But, it is observed that there is some confusion in
implementation regarding post verification etc.

Therefore, the following clarification issued for better functioning and service delivery.

1. Any Licensed Technical Person who was enrolled in ULB within respective UDA may
raise RTS for login creation for the said UDA to upload the proposal for development
permission within the respective UDA until a procedure for enrolment of LTPs within
UDAs is prescribed.

2. The post approval verification shall be carried out as follows.

3. Where ever relaxation of rules and TOR availment is involved, such file shall be
invariably circulated to the Director of Town and Country Planning irrespective of
extent and height of the building.
4. Any grievances related to the software issues and other issues, the LTPs can raise the
issue under RTS and concerned DTCPO shall verify and submit to Director of Town and
Country Planning with specific remarks with rule position within 3days without fail.

5. Post verification shall be done without causing any delay.

The Instructions come into force with immediate effect.
