SEMINAR PROPOSAL

I. TITLE
Strategies for Building A Positive Learning Environment
II. RATIONALE
As an individual enters college, he/she will encounter a great number of difficulties.
This is brough upon by the changes in environment; in this case the learning environment.
Changes in environment such as culture shock, unfamiliarity, isolation, etc. may hinder an
individual to properly adjust and build a positive learning environment. The transition from
senior high school to college is also a probable cause to such difficulties which is why this
seminar aims to bring upon solutions to the aforementioned problem.

III. OBJECTIVES
a. Identify what a positive learning environment is.
b. State the strategies the students can do to build a positive learning environment.
c. State relatable situational examples.
d. Allow students to reflect upon personal experiences and analyze how they can
better their learning environment.

IV. TARGET BENEFICIARIES


This seminar is specifically targeted to 1st Year BS Medical Technology Students
of National University.
