DEFINITION OF GOODS TO BE SOLD BY THE CONTRACTOR

1. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

1.1. Defined terms used in this Annexure shall have the meaning given to them in
Annexure C – General Terms & Conditions.

1.2. Goods shall include the following:

Items listed in Appendix 1. Items will be purchased as and when requested with
individual purchase orders. Yearly usage is for information purposes and does
not guarantee purchases from Sohar Aluminum. Deliveries should be (DDP) to
Sohar Warehouse.

1.3. Drawings/Diagrams that assist this definition of the Goods:

As previously supplied. For additional information refer to material description in
RFQ # 6000105839
1.5. Special Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Requirements for the Goods:
N/A

2. UNITS OF MEASURE AND LANGUAGE

All units of measure used in describing the Goods shall be System International
(SI) units. All communications, technical specifications, drawings or other
documents shall be in the English language. Drawings or other documents in
other languages may be used, in SA’s sole discretion, if English translations are
included on the drawing or document itself (at no additional cost to SA).
