CHAPTER II

SUMMARY

A.SUMMARY OF BOOK 1

Understanding the nature and role of classification in science also I iiuminates what is
possessed.marian przetecki concerned with himself, especially with regard to language, truth and
logic in empirical science.this topic will also highlisht respect where philosophy in general and
philosophy of scrience, namely in a greater emohasis on the problem of ontology.

UNDERSTANDING CLASSFICATION

It is easy to see why classification might appear as a minol aspect of scientific practive
theory.the dramatic and glamorous part of science deals with things like unexpected discoveries
such as penicilian, vulcanization,or skeletal remains(australopected afarensis).

Perpect job fpr scientists with limited imagination and fear of fieldwork.taxonomy is seen as a
paddler bound to a dusty museum.taxonomic disputes are seen as verbal squabbles that are
fought well behind the forefront of new and innovative research by scientists.

CHAPTER III

CLOSING
A.comparoson of two books

1.the first book

 The first book explains the theoretical concepts of classification in empirical science
 The first book highlights therespect in which philosophy in general and philosophy of
scirence are in greater emphasis on the problem of metaphysics

2.the second book

 The second book explains the classification by means of scientific methods

 The second book explains classification with media such as pictures and contains
questions

B.CONCLUSION

From the first book that explains the concept of material taxonomy in empirical scince and in
the second book describes the classification with existing scientifie methods

We can interpet classification as an activity:to classify,in the most basic sense,is to treat
objects(entities or phenomena)in a particular domain(which does not need to be exact in scope)in
two or more different ways, depending on some actual features or assumptions distinguiash them.

C.SUGGESTION

The English book:the importance of classification in empirical science introduction to physics

English is a suitable and appropriate book for students .who take English physics
courses, because both books have thye right language and are understood by students who are just
learning philosophy and composing systematic material.
