hereby declare that I Shall;

1. Respect and adhere to the Health and Safety Rules and Regulations and measures provided
by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education and Kibabii University.
2. I hereby bond myself to adhere to the following health and safety protocols to:
i. Wear a face mask at all times.
ii. Offer myself for monitoring of body temperature
iii. Be willing to wash sanitize / hands at designated points
iv. Keep a social distance of at least 2 metres or 2-3 steps
v. Be willing to practice the health and safe measures for greetings preferably elbow
greetings but avoiding shaking hands, hugging or kissing.
3. I also bond myself to adhere to the health and safety protocols established by the Kibabii
University for the control, governance and operations of the University and prescribe to the
isolation protocol when recommended by the University Health Unit.
4. Adhere to all Rules and Regulations by various sections of the University at all times.
I agree and consent to the above declaration, undertakings, waiver and indemnity. I also understand
that if I fail to comply with these terms, I will be liable and subjected to appropriate disciplinary action
as per the University policies and the Laws of Kenya.
