of our health and wellness and design a plan to improve the areas we needed to work on. Before
this assignment, I had a general idea of where I stood in terms of physical and mental wellness
but taking the quiz for this assignment was a great way to find out where I stood in the other
dimensions. I would recommend my friends and family to attempt the quiz as well so they can
also see how they rank up. The questions were insightful and brought into perspective a lot of
other different aspects of my life that I never took the time to think about. Looking back on this
assignment, it was easy to write up a personal prescription for myself because I know a lot of the
areas I want to work on myself. The assignment required us to gather other resources that gave
examples for ways to work on the physical, spiritual, financial, and even mental wellness. The
examples given were specific like start your own simple workout routine or go outside for a walk
to enjoy the environment. The examples were helpful and even in areas you do not need to
improve on, you can still look at the examples and learn from them. Each wellness ties into one
another so working on one area can benefit the other. This assignment helped me reflect on
myself and after writing this assignment it gave me an opportunity to think about where I plan to
move forward. It is easy to think about working on yourself eventually, you will just think about
working out one day but you will never actually get to it. When you write down or make a list on
what and how you will work out, you can start visualizing yourself completing these tasks. When
it is written down it all looks much easier than what it really is, you can start seeing these tasks
as goals. This whole assignment was just setting goals for myself to complete. Goals are what
keeps us motivated and goals inspire us to do more. I am personally motivated more after
completing this assignment and I hope sharing my experience with others can also help motivate
