something that could improve myself. When you think about a health class your mind might go
to thinking about physical education or sex education. There was a lot more to this health class
than I initially thought there was going to be. I had hopes going into this course because I wanted
to overcome the insecurities that I had. I wanted to work on my confidence mentally and
health. These were the goals that I had set for myself in the beginning of the semester. The first
project of the course was my favorite one to do. I had to complete a quiz to find out what I
needed to work on personally and what areas I was strong in. I enjoyed the self-analysis because
there was no reason to lie to myself if this is all to benefit myself in the end. After researching,
the things I could do to improve my wellness, it was much easier to figure out a path to
redemption. The second project required me to calculate my calorie intake in a week. This was
an interesting assignment for me because I eat a lot and thought this would be difficult to write
down. This assignment really put everything in perspective for me and finally realize how much
I spend money on food. One of my goals for the course was to get my health in check. This
project helped me realize how much change and ways I can cut back on the junk food and eating
out. The last project really hit close to home because it required us to analysis a college student
case. As a fellow college student, I know how stress can really impact your life and create more
problems in the long run. I know friends and including myself that have let stress get the best of
themselves and feel life there is no way out. With the research done on this project, I found ways
that I can help cope with stress and provide this information to my fellow friends. This course
was beneficial to my health and provided a lot of information that I can use to improve my
wellbeing. I really do hope that everyone decides to take a health course not only as a
