Gas & Power business recently. We're really excited that you want to start a
journey with Siemens Energy. You gave your consent to process your personal

Today, Siemens Energy will start its own journey to provide sustainable, reliable,
and affordable energy worldwide. Siemens Energy (formally known as the Gas &
Power business) was moved to the legally separate Siemens Gas & Power GmbH
& Co. KG which is no longer an affiliate of Siemens AG. However, we do want to
keep in touch with you. To do so, Siemens AG has transferred your personal data
prior to the spin-off to Siemens Gas & Power GmbH & Co. KG who is the new
controller of your personal data and responsible for the further processing of
your job application. Siemens Gas & Power GmbH & Co. KG will process your
personal data in the same way as it was described in the consent form you
signed.

If you have any objections against processing your personal data, you can revoke
your consent by entering a request here. In case you revoke your consent, your
application will no longer be in consideration for the position you applied to.
Should you revoke your consent, your personal data will be deleted, and you will
no longer be in consideration for job opportunities at Siemens Gas & Power
GmbH & Co. KG and Siemens Energy.
