Dear Mayor Soriano:

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is scheduled to conduct its 2020 Census
of Population and Housing (2020 CPH) on September 1-29, 2020. In an effort
to disseminate the importance of the Census, the office will conduct its Press Launching in
Cagayan Valley Region on 28 August 2020 virtually via zoom.

In view of this, may we humbly request your good office to deliver a one to three minutes
message in support of the upcoming census. If you cannot virtually attend the said
launching, kindly record a video of you or your representative stating
your support for the 2020 CPH. This video will be played during the said launching
ceremonies as we believe that your encouragement will heighten people’s interest
to voluntarily participate in the 2020 CPH. Attached herewith is a 2020 CPH primer
for your reference.
