Hi, my name is Joshua C. Antonio.

I’m 21 years old, residing at Ilawod,

Guinobatan, Albay. Watching animes is
one of the usual hobbies I have aside
from reading books. But what is life
without sports? Well, for me, it all started
from a childhood friend who introduced
me to the world of football. It has
become my passion to the point that I
cannot live without it. That’s why when I
play, I always see to it that I put all my
best to secure a win. In fact, lately, I was
awarded as the Athlete of the Year.

As to my expectations in this Exercise

Prescription subject, I’mk looking
forward that this subject helps me to
create a good foundation at fitness -
related activities. I also expect that it can
boost my knowledge and give me more information that would be of great help when I
become a good coach or trainer in the future.

Also, I hope that our beautiful professor will be able to give us advanced learning
materials since it is so hard for us to cope with this new normal learning methods.

Ultimately, as a student, what I can give or help in this learning journey is to share my
ideas and insights to the class or my fellow classmates so that we can all learn collectively.
