something and one of these rights was not respected, was negleted. What

A relative bought a washing machine. After the first use, it broke down. He
managed to contact the seller from whom he had purchased the washing machine
and after an examination of the good by the craftsman, the type of defect was
found, and later it was removed.
But after a short time, the washing machine reported the same defect.
Not being satisfied with the quality of the good, the consumer asked the seller to
return the value or replace it, but he refused.
In this context, the consumer appealed to the Agency for Consumer
Protection and Market Surveillance.
After a careful examination, the seller agreed to remove the defects and to
deliver the product.
In this case, were neglected the right to be heard and consumer protection.
