Greetings of peace!

Bohol Island State University – Calape Campus is preparing its athletes for the upcoming
Provincial and Regional SCUAA this year. Students are playing for different sports, two of
which are soccer and futsal. Therefore, the sports comprising eleven and five players
respectively require a large area.

BISU has a tennis court where we have been holding practice; unfortunately, due to the
unpredictable weather, the court becomes very slippery. To prevent untoward injuries, we are
looking somewhere else to do so. Your spacious school grounds are deemed suitable.

I am hoping for a favorable response on this matter.

Seven students from your class Calculus, at 3 to 5 pm, have shown keen interest in playing
futsal. Therefore, your students, together with the other four students, are to represent Team B.
Since last week, the team’s women futsal players have been learning the basic skills. In order to
reinforce learning as often as possible in preparation for this year’s Intramurals, the experienced
men SCUA soccer players are very much willing to play with and teach them the necessary skills
for matches.

In line with this school activity, I would like to ask your permission to allow them for this
afternoon’s practice. Please refer to the list on the second page.
