Good day!

The Southern Davao National High School will be having its Intramural SY 2023-2024 this
coming November 20-24, 2023.However, we humbly recognize the fact that the very limited
resources we have is not sufficient to cater the needs for the said event.

In view of this, we are requesting to solicit from your good office for the following sports
equipment to be use during the event:

 3 shuttle cock
 5 whistle
 1 net table tennis
 1 (ball) basketball
 1 (ball) volleyball

We would be very grateful to the help you could extend to us as we exhaust all our efforts in
molding our youth- the hope of our nation.

could something replenish the efforts of all the teachers and officiating officials who will
facilitate the event for 1 week.

We would be very grateful to the help you could extend to us as we exhaust all our efforts in
molding our youth- the hope of our nation.
