Good day in the name of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

The La Union Schools Division Meet is fast approaching. To select the best athletes that will compete for
this competition from our cluster, we humbly ask for your permission to allow us to conduct our Sports
Club Cluster Meet on January 20-21, 2023 which is going to be participated by the winning teams from
Agoo East, Agoo West, Aringay and Caba Districts.

Prior to this request, we have met with the DMMMSU-SLUC Chancellor in the person of Dr. Joan C.
Rivera and found out that the said dates above are the only available dates for the DMMMSU Oval
Grounds which is very vital for the success of this sports event. Rest assured that extra ordinary diligence
will be exercised all throughout the duration of the meet
