Balanga Elementary School will be hosting a Fun Run entitled, “RUN for the BESt ‘23”, an
initiative b y the SPTA Officers and SGC, which will be held on May 13, 2023, Saturday, at 4:00 am
at Plaza Mayor De Balanga. The event aims to promote health and wellness while raising funds for
the benefit of the school.

We are writing this to request your good office assistance for this upcoming event. As a
school who value cleanliness, order and discipline, we are committed to ensure that the surrounding
area is clean and free of any litter or debris after the event. We are reaching out to your office to
request assistance with this important task. Though we have an assigned Committee responsible for
managing the cleanliness and hygiene aspects of the event and the area, we kindly request that your
office provide us with a team of volunteers who can help us with cleaning up the area after the event.
Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, and would help ensure that the area
remains clean and healthy for the community to enjoy.
