Dear HON. ALIBANGO:

The Southland College will be joining the tournament (District Meet – Kabankalan City and
NOPSCEA – in Bacolod City) Since the school cannot accommodate all court or outdoor events
event especially during heavy rain, we find it difficult to continue the program for our future
athletes.

Hence, the undersigned would like to ask permission from your office to allow the Men and
Women’s Volleyball Team of Southland College to conduct intensive training at your covered
court if weather is not good at 5: 00 – 6:30pm only. This will enable the athletes enhance their
skills and potentials through appropriate court being utilized.

My competitive desire to physically equip these Volleyball athletes bring my innate passion for
the city’s pride. Your support the will be a great help to us.
