Greetings in the expression of Service, Harmony and Excellence!

The West Visayas State University – Extension Campus in Himamaylan City (WVSU-ECHC)
will be joining the University Hinampang on September 16-19, 2015. This event will develop
the athletic prowess of the Taga-WEST. In addition, this sporting affair will select the athletes
to represent the university for the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association this
October.

In this connection, we would like to ask for your approval to conduct friendship game
between WVSU-ECHC and your school in Volleyball Women this September 11, 2015 at
9am, Friday. This could give both teams a good preparation for the upcoming competitions.
