    The volleyball teams from the West Visayas State University Extension Campus in Himamaylan City want permission to have a friendly match against the Himamaylan National High School teams.     Greetings in the expression of Service, Harmony, and Excellence!

    In preparation for the University Hinampang on September 16 – 20, 2015 at the main campus, La
    Paz, Iloilo City. The volleyball men and women will be having a friendship game outside this
    campus against Himamaylan National High School Volleyball Team.

    In this light, I would like to ask approval from your good office to allow the Men and Women’s
    Volleyball Men and Women to have their friendship game at Himamaylan National High School,
    Himamaylan City and will be excused from their classes today.

    Thus, this will be a great opportunity for the students to adjust the actual scenario through this
    friendship game before going to the main campus.

    Attached here are the waivers and list of the student athletes.
