Christian Greetings!

Mountain View College basketball team has been participating in some of the leagues nearby
the campus. In the previous year, the college allowed the basketball team to represent the school in the
Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) games at Cagayan de Oro city.

This year the basketball team was not able to participate in any league or in the PRISAA games
due to inevitable circumstances. However the team had a friendship game with the Adventist Medical
Center College (AMCC) basketball in the previous semester for the reason of exposure, promotion of
Adventist kind of sportsmanship and socialization with other Adventist institutions in Mindanao.

In connection to this the team would like to go out of the school premises and be the visiting
team at your college. We would like to have a friendship game with the NDC basketball team on the
Intramural Days of the college, particularly on September 15 (arrival) to 16 (proposed game schedule) 2016.
The MVC basketball team would be willing to finance the transportation of the event but we would
humbly request for a night’s accommodation (Sep. 15) and a meal on September 16 preferably,
breakfast.

We look forward to a positive response to this humble request.
