A.6. Objective
a. promote Physical Education and sports as an integral part of the Basic Education
curriculum for holistic development of the youth;
b. widen the base for talent identification, selection, recruitment, training and exposure of
elementary pupils and secondary students to serve as a feeder to the National Sports
Association (NSA) for international competitions; and
c. provide a database for a valid and universal basis to further improve the school sports
development programs.

Each team is responsible for providing a Team Banner. The guidelines for the preparation
and displaying of the banner are as follows:
1) Banner size shall be 30 inches (width) x 120 inches (height)

2) It shall include the name of the team and Team Icon or logo.
3) Banner is made of tarpaulin.
4) Banners shall be ready to be judged at Opening Day Ceremonies. Winners will be
announced at that time.
Criteria For Judging
1. Content –
Measure the quality and organization of the information on the banner – 30 pts
2. Originality
Evaluate the innovativeness of the design and how well it presents the ideas on the
entry – 25 pts
3. Creativity
Judge the uniqueness of the information depicted - 25 pts
4. Appearance
Examine the entry for attractiveness, neatness, scale, and balance of the
presentation - 20 pts

1. Every grade level should only have 1 entry.
2. Contestant must be a bona fide student of FBNHS.
3. Participant should have minimum of 100 students to 150 students.
4. The team should fully occupy the entire available bleachers
5. Performance should be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes
only. A deduction will be given to the team if they will exceed to the time limit.
6. Used of props are allowed provided it will not hinder the next performers.
7. Performers are expected to clear the area after their respected performance.
8. Concept is unlimited and freestyle. Various cheers, yell and chant in any form
of language is highly appreciated to promote originality, creativity and high
level of novelty.
9. Yells should not include degrading words pertaining to the other year level.
10. Costume is unlimited and freestyle as long as to promote originality, creativity,
elegance and decent aura. Miniskirts, sleeveless, and shorts are prohibited.
11. Any violations of the rules and regulations within the mechanics of the cheer
and yells competition will be subjected to 1 point deduction from the total
score.

1. This contest is open to all FBNHS Students
2. Each curriculum level will select a representative in the said contest.
3. The song to be sung must be OPM can be in English, Filipino, or Cebuano.
4. The participant should finish the whole duration of the song. No mash-ups.
5. The participant must use canned music in minus one.
6. The clothes to be worn must be casual or appropriate to the song choice.
7. The verdict of the board or jury is final and cannot be changed.
8. The deadline of submission of entry and audio material will be on January 12, 2023 until 2:00 pm
9. Violation to any rule will result to deductions.
Criteria for Judging

1. Song Selection- 20%
 Appropriate - appropriate level of difficulty or song choice.
 Arrangement – well-rounded, cohesive musical statement.
 Display of vocal range – demonstrates a wide vocal range
2. Interpretation, Musicianship- 30%
 Posture – relaxed body stance for proper breath support and management.
 Expressiveness – both facial expression and use of body language.
 Stage presence – command of stage; control, confidence and comfort.
 Communicative skill – ability to connect with audience.
3. Presentation/Technique- 40%
 Dynamics – effective use of contrasting volumes.
 Phrasing – completeness of a lyrical statement.
 Breathing – proper breath management.
 Intonation – ability to sing in tune.
 Tone quality – ability to produce clear and pleasant tone.
 Diction – proper enunciation of words.
 Articulation – executes clear and coherent phrases (i.e. ‘staccato’ – short, ‘marcato’ – marked,
and ‘legato’ – connected).
 Rhythmic precision – ability to internalize the pulse.
4. Effectiveness- 10%
 Preparation – an apparent effort of thought and time in preparing the selection.
 Memorization – strong knowledge of the lyrics and melody of the song.

1. There shall be eight (4) representatives in each Curriculum Level (1 male, 1 female, 1 gay /
transwomen, and 1 lesbian / transman). These representatives must be the declared qualifiers
during the Elimination Round organized by the MAPEH Department and the competition
coordinators. In the event that the announced candidate backs out of the competition due to any
reasons, no substitution will be allowed. In case the curriculum level has no representative for any
of the category, the slot shall be deemed vacant and shall not be filled in by any other student.
2. There will be a registration fee of 20.00 per auditionee and a form that they need to accomplish
as a proof of their interest in joining the competition.
3. There shall be 3 rounds of competition: (1) Creative Jeans, which includes their Production
Number and Self Introduction, (2) Sports Attire, and (3) Formal Wear. PISOVOTES shall be the
4th component of the final judging to determine the over-all winner of the event.
4. Candidates are required to attend the rehearsals set by the organizers. Any missed schedule will
merit a deduction of 1 point from the total score earned by the candidate during the Grand Finals
of the competition
5. Call Time of Candidates on the Grand Finals / Coronation Event, must be strictly followed.
Violation of this provision shall merit automatic deduction of 2 points from the final score.
6. Ranking System will be used to determine the winners for each round of the competition and to
determine the winners for the entire competition.
7. PISOVOTES shall also use Ranking System and shall be the 4 th component of the judging.
7.1. Final participants will be assigned a GCASH # that a trusted teacher has.
7.2. One peso equals one vote. Students can cast as many votes as they like. (For
example, if she/he sent 50 pesos in GCASH, that is 50 votes.)
7.3. Parents, guardians, relatives, and friends are also welcome to vote in the
PISOVOTES.
7.4. The person with the most votes will be proclaimed the winner. The winner will
receive 30% of the total votes cast.
8. Criteria for Judging for the 3 competitions: Poise and Bearing – 40 %, Confidence – 30%, Stage
Presence – 20 %, Over-all Impact – 10 %.

9. Winners to be announced are the AMBASSADORS OF INTRAMURALS (MALE, FEMALE, GAY,

LESBIAN), 1st RUNNERS-UP, and 2ND RUNNERS-UP.
10. Awards to be conferred are: 　 BEST IN PRODUCTION 　 NUMBER, MOST PHOTOGENIC,

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD, DARLING OF THE NETIZENS, BEST IN CREATIVE JEANS,
BEST IN SPORTS ATTIRE, BEST IN FORMAL WEAR and other special awards by the event
sponsors.
11. Previous title holders (Mr. and Ms. Intramurals / Ambassadors of Intramurals) are automatically
disqualified to join this year’s pageant.
12. The decision of the Board of Judges is Final and Irrevocable.

I. RULES
1. The competition shall be held with the accordance with the current Laws and Regulation
of the Badminton World Federation. However, in matters not covered by these rules and
regulations , decision shall rest with the Tournament Managers.
2. The decision of the committee in all matters regarding the competition shall be final.
3. Only the official coach listed on the gallery are allowed to approach Umpires with regards
to questions and inquiries during the match.
II. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The format of the competition shall be run on a single elimination or knock out system for all
the events.
III. EVENTS

IV. TEAM COMPOSITION
1. A team must have a maximum of 6 players.
2. Each team shall consists of 2 singles (boy and girl) and 2 doubles (boys and girls).
3. The order of play shall be as follows: singles - singles - doubles.
V. DRAWING OF LOTS
1. Drawing lots shall be done before the game proper.
2. Coaches shall be the one to make the draw to determine their opponent.
VI. SCORING
The scoring of 1-15 (rally point) best of three shall apply instead of 1-21 rally points
due to lack of time.

VII. WALK OVER

A 5 minutes grade period on the scheduled match shall be given, otherwise the
team/player shall be declared loser via walk-over.
VIII. ATTIRE
Players should wear appropriate playing attire such as tshirt, short and rubber shoes.
No maong shorts or pants allowed.
IX. MATERIALS
1. Players should have their own racket for playing.
2. Playing team should provide one feather shuttlecock during each game.

1. Chess shall be played as a team in competition in Both Male and Female Category
2. Two (2) players for Male Category and Two (2) Players for Female Category and
Must be assisted with one (1) Coach
3. Coach must be identify its players as Board 1 and Board 2 in each category.
4. Chess Game will be played at a round robin format.
5. Using of Chess Clock is upon the agreement of the coach and the player.
6. Players, coaches and spectators are not allowed to make post game analysis, play
against other coaches, spectators, players or discuss finished or unfinished games
within the playing area.
7. Players are not allowed to eat in the playing area while the game is in progress.
8. Players who have finished their games should leave the playing area immediately
after submitting their score sheets.
9. Players must observe proper dress code while playing. The use of slippers, short
pants and sandos are prohibited.
10. Time control shall be One (1) hour plus thirty (30) seconds increment per
move for each player to finish the game.
11. Recording of moves in algebraic notation is not mandatory throughout the
game.
12. The defaulting time is fifteen (15) minutes after the start of each round. The
wall clock inside the playing area shall be the official clock during the tournament.
13. Mobile phones and other means of electronic communications are strictly
prohibited inside the playing area. A player who will violate this rule shall lose his/her
game.
14. A team whose member is giving unsolicited advice or assistance to his
teammate while the games are in progress shall lose their match.
15. Minor and Major Offenses Such as “Touch Move” and “Proper Placing of a
Chess Piece” will be explained by the chief arbiter during the orientation prior to the
official game.

8. Armor and Head gear will be provided by the school.

10. Stretching is a must before playing Taekwondo.

3. The tournament’s format is Single Elimination.
4. Draw lots will be made to determine the bye.

5. The match is won by the team that wins two sets.
6. In the case of a 1-1 tie, the deciding 3rd set is played to 15 points with a
minimum lead of 2 points.
7. The FIVB OFFICIAL RULE MANUAL 2021-2024 manual will be followed for the
entire tournament. In the event of minor adjustments, coaches will be informed ahead
of time.

➢ Tournament is open to all-male, or all-female, or mixed teams

➢ A player can only join one team.
➢ The act of registering for this league implies full acceptance of all terms, conditions, rules and
regulations stated, in its entirety.
➢Players should also bring their Mobile Devices, chargers, powerbanks.
➢ Players should also have their own data connectivity or wifi devices. To avoid complaints and
problems, We strongly recommend bringing your own wifi device to the venue.
2. Team Requirement
➢Each Year Level must have 4 teams

➢ A team must consist of the following members:
5 main players (Necessary)
1 or 2 substitute players
1 manager/Coach
Teams are prohibited to replace any of the registered players (including reserved players)
Must be enrolled in F. Bangoy National High School for school year 2022-2023
➢Each Team Must pay a Registration Fee of Php. 120.00 ( 20 pesos each member)
4. League Schedules and Rules
➢ Teams are expected to be ready in the game. Maximum of 10 minutes waiting time.
➢ If any team is not ready during the designated time, their opponent can take a default win by
contacting an admin.
➢ Teams may not remake after the 1st minions wave has spawned.

6. General Conduct
➢ Players will conduct themselves in a reasonable manner, maintaining a friendly and polite
demeanor to spectators, competitors, and to all game Officials
➢ Players will refrain from the use of vulgar language during the entire competition. All rules of
conduct also apply to chatting through the game console.
➢ Players are expected to compete in a professional manner. Throwing a match, halting play
without cause, or showing a flagrant lack of effort will be construed as a violation of player
conduct, and will result in match penalties, forfeit and disqualification from the League.
➢ The game officials have the right to apply penalties, disqualify and dismiss any registered
player from the league at their discretion.
7. In-Game Rules
➢ The mobile application to be used is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

➢ The game mode used in should be Custom Draft-pick
➢ The first team to destroy the opposing team’s base wins.
➢ If any player disconnects during the game, disconnected player is required to
reconnect as soon as possible. NO PAUSING IN-BETWEEN GAME.
➢ In the case of a server crash or remake, the game can be continued from a new draft but has to
be the same line up.
➢ No abuse of glitches and bugs. Also, cheating and third-party app are not allowed
and will automatically be disqualified. No VPN.
➢ All teams are responsible for securing a stable line for their matches during the game.
➢ Any team that disregards any of the stated guidelines and mechanics is hereby
subjected to disqualification.
➢ The game will be live on Facebook or Youtube.

III. FULL CONTACT COMPETITION:

3. Rubber soled shoes.
In case of DRAW the declaration of winner shall be based on the following criterion:

Injuries
In case of injury caused by accidental blow, the medical doctor decides/suggests to give the
injured player a little time to rest before he/she can continue the game, the decision as
stated shall be suspended for a while. However, the rest period shall not be more than two
(2) minutes after which the medical doctor must declare the fitness of the injured player to
continue or discontinue the game.
Conduct of the Tournament
The conduct of the Full Contact competition shall be on a two-out-of-three round system.
Each round should be held for a maximum of two (2) minutes for the Secondary level.
Players are required to show artistic arnis movements unique to their styles for at least three
(3) seconds when the referee says “HANDA”. Failure to do this – First Offense will be given
BABALA or warning. Second and succeeding offenses shall be considered as PAGLABAG or
foul.
A SCORE shall meana strike with a padded stick using one hand only, delivered to a specific
body pointand is counted upon confirmation by two (2) or at least one (1) of the judges,
simultaneously recorded on the scoreboard and score sheet.
A legitimate strike is given a point if it is delivered to a specific body point in correct

form, that is with power, right timing, with art, distance and intent.
Spontaneous strike is allowed, but the judges can only give maximum three points Per
encounter but in accordance with the guidelines on legitimate strike.
Conduct of the Tournament:
1. The conduct of the competition shall be one (1) round Anyo performance for
both Secondary and Elementary level (boys/girls)
2. Each performance shall have a minimum of one (1) minute and a maximum
time limit of two (2) minutes. The official time shall start when the player/team
gives the Standard courtesy (Pugay) and it shall officially ended when the
player/teams gives the ending courtesy (Pugay).

3. Standard Pugay is at close stance, salutation is done by placing the right hand
with the weapon pointing upward over the left chest, while the left arm is at
the side at closed fist and followed by a nod.
4. The Likha Anyo performance both in secondary and elementary Level shall be
focused on Arnis skills.
5. No Acrobatic/fancy movement (such as; tumbling, back flip, somersault,
cartwheel and other combative discipline skills will be incorporated during the
performance of Likha Anyo.
6. Score in the Likha Anyo competition shall have a numerical value from 1-10
with an increment of 0.25 under the five criterion.
7. Drinking of any kind of liquid during the actual matches/performance’s is
strictly prohibited.
PENALTIES AND VIOLATIONS
1. Violation of time limit shall cause the participant/s deduction of points. A

deduction of 2points should be given in short of the minimum one (1) minute
time limit or in excess of the maximum of two (2) minute time limit. .
2. Stepping and/or going out of the boundary lines will cause the performer/s a
deduction of two (2) points regardless of number of stepping violation.
3. Performers who accidentally loses grip of the weapon/s should be given a
deduction of five (5) points for every violation.
4. Weapon gets destroyed or has any apparent damage to any part of the
weapon will cause the performers a deduction of five (5)points per violation
and per player in a team.
5. Violation of the Standard Salutation (Pugay):Failure to execute the standard

pugay at the start/end of performance would mean a five(5) point’s deduction
per violation and per player in a team.
6. Judgment calls cannot be protested

 The objective of the game is for each team to pull the rope along with the
members of the opposing team to their side.

center line, the team to pull the rope to their area wins the game. (the
competition requires a judge/umpire)
 A knock-out game pattern shall be followed.
 There will be a draw lots before the start of the game to determine the team
paring pattern.

 The flyer (takyan) is then thrown upwards for the player toss using his/her
foot.
 The player must not allow the flyer (takyan) to touch the ground by hitting it
several times with his/her foot, and sometimes the part just above the knee.
 Each player shall be allowed to play twice, once the flyer(takyan) will hit the
ground on the first round.
 the player shall give the flyer(takyan) to the next player if he/she is
unsuccessful to hit the takyan in the second round.
 An official of the game shall count the number of times he/she was able to
kick the flyer (takyan).
 A point is counted on every kick made by a player
 The team with most number of kicks wins the game.

SCORING GUIDELINES
1. Beginning January 14, 2023 (Morning), the Intramurals Committee will provide a Tally Board
that will be viewable to everybody during the event.
2. Except for the Ambassador of Intramurals, all events will be scored according to the table
stated below.
3. The tabulation team, led by Abegail D. Gamale, will quickly write the score in our tally board
after the Technical Officials or Assigned Teacher of a certain event announce the winner.
4. After a specific sport/event has completed the game, the tabulation team will declare the
team rating to give us an update.
5. The only time we will score ZERO (0) if the team cannot provide player/s and we will tag
them as NO PLAYER SHOWED UP after the given time was provided.
6. Except for Ambassadors of Intramurals, this is the official Tally Board for sports and other
events.

day, please advise both AM and PM students to share the classroom in accordance with
health protocol guidelines.

visits.
4. Advisors encourage students to check their attendance.
5. Encourage all students to prepare their lunches and other food while inside the school.
We will now enable them to leave the school after they have entered.
