I thank you very much for your kind intension to help me in realizing some projects in
Bangladesh. Attached you will find a project proposal from a very well-known Company “NOA”
from Austria.

This is regarding the Digitization of archives. In one sentence  to save all the all historical
documents and videos, films, documentary films during the war of freedom and before, which is
a must for a country to preserve the history for the next generation to come.

During my last visit to Bangladesh, I had a very good meeting with the Directorate of Archives
and Libraries – Ministry of Culture Affairs,  Mr.Haris Sarker was nominated to prepare a
proposal from this sector. His phone number is 9112659 and mobile 01913384895. Till now we
have not received any information from him. Rest of the project will be proposed by the Director
of BTV and his phone number is +8801971549393. We have also not received any proposal
from him.

Now the question is, if our friend with you can contact them and get the proposal from both the
Organizations and then NOA on the basis of their proposals will send a project proposal to both
of them as one project then it has to be approved by ERD. This project will be also under
Austrian Soft loan programme.

We have an amount for the local  expenses as NOA has no office there I will tell you by phone.
