5th Meeting Minutes

Apologies: None
Old Business: Ronnan was supposed to begin the project proposal and the letter of
permission for the event. Sorushan and Nithish were given the task of providing us with new
ideas for the drinks stall.
New Business:
 Rehan was lead brainstorm, he stated that we would need to have the project
proposal completed by next week since we need to hold the event in a few weeks
and also begin the production of the posters.
 Isira and Ronnan gave some ideas for advertising the event like: putting up posters
around ACBT, telling friends who study at ACBT, posting pictures of the event poster
online on social media platforms.
 Nithish and Sorushan stated that the perfect idea for drinks is to sell mocktails at the
event since it is easy to make them and also attractive when advertised on the
posters.
 Dan and Chamath proposed bringing a Bluetooth speaker for music, since it would
be easy to carry and also provide us with adequate volume for an enjoyable time.
 Roshan and Jenul said that we would only be able to have 2 projectors for the
gaming stall since we are lacking one projector to hold 3.

Action Items:

 Ronnan will have to complete the project proposal by next week so that it is ready to move
forward with the event.
 Nithish and Sorushan will have to find out the amount of each type of ingredient needed for
the popcorn and the mocktails for the event.
 Roshan and Jenul will have to find a solution for the projector we are lacking.
