1. Description and Rationale:
Description: parolights is a one time project Rationale: In Barangay San Jose, since the
that aims to empower the creativity of every community seems like already a calming &

Sources of Financial and Material Resources:
For a parol project using recyclable materials the winner of the parol
making will receive a certificate and token of appreciation This is
support from the Barangay Council’s budget. whoever wins, their
work will be displayed in the baragay hall. This is emphasizing with
how the project aligns with the barangay’s goals.
Pre-Implementation Requirements:
1. In this project were going to have Parolights making by using recycled
materials.
2. By doing that first we have to conduct some research by surveying the
people pf San Jose if they agree about this idea of project.
3. After the survey wer e going to Brainstorm and map out the potential risk
project.
4. Inform the LGU to ensure and get a permission for doing this project
5. Gather some participants who wants to join this project.
