VISION
To create opportunities for people in a community, Connect with
surrounding colleagues in the Barangay, have a Growth and Good impact on
the community for a better future.

MISSION
 To inspire people in the community to be productive and useful to the
surrounding by providing the necessities of the citizen within the barangay.

 PHILOSOPHY
 To have an honest and integrity partnership towards the betterment of the
community.
 To show the better sustainable growth of the community.
 To encourage others to be productive and caring to the surroundings especially
the citizens of the community.

 PROBLEMS/EXISTING IN CHOSEN BARANGAY

Cleanliness is one of the key to maintain the beauty of our
environments. A Clean Environment is essential for Healthy Living. The
pollution can cause respiratory disease and some problems in the
community that can be harmful impact on our Health.
Our group choose Barangay Palanas because we found out that this
Barangay is having a problem with their waste such as plastic waste and
some worthless things, and that is our reason why we are created this
project. This project aims to develop and maintain the cleanliness of
surroundings and build unity among the citizens. We are proposing to
create some useful materials like Pot, Bag, and
Basket using recycled materials so we may lessen the waste that will be
scattered on the surroundings.

 OBJECTIVES:
 Identify and describe the recyclable materials in
making pot.
 Use some recyclable materials in making pot.
 Records, Reflect, and improve wok using feedback
from community citizens.
 Continue to Recognize the importance of recycling
and creativity and teamwork.
SOURCES OF FUND
Asking for some big business to sponsor our project and some
donations from the community would be a big help to make this
project.

 ACTUAL STRATEGY:
1. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This project is all about Pot Making but in a recyclable way it is

good for home décor, office, and outdoor use, this project will be
polished with the help of the volunteer citizens and mostly Barangay
Officials. This project aims to reduce toxic greenhouse gases like
carbon dioxide and methane in the Barangay.
 A. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT

The Project POTungo sa Pag-asenso will start by involving the

target and participants and by consulting the goal of the project to
the Barangay Officials. During the first day we will find a location on
where participant can make the pots,and the making of the pots will
be held on remaining session. The implementation of the project will
be held Every Saturday and Sunday the participants will work
starting 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

A. REASON WHY WE CHOOSE THIS

PROJECT
For Barangay Palanas to have a clean surroundings and also to
reduce toxins and dyes into the community soil and water. They’ll
have a clean community while earning money from the project given.

B. HOW AND WHERE WILL YOU ACQUIRE

THE RAW MATERIALS?
Our raw materials is from the olds clothes that is no longer to
be used thought we aim to spend less on our raw materials needs to be
purchased. We want to help Barangay Palanas to be more productive
and to turn their waste into another level and to generate some
income.
 C. HOW WILL YOU COMMERCIALIZE THE
PRODUCT?
We will create a tarpaulin that has a picture and also has a
description of our products, and then we will post our products in
social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and twitter to boost
more consumers.

D. HOW CAN YOUR GROUP ASSURE THAT

THE PROJECT YOU PROPOSED WILL
GENERATE AN INCOME?
Our project will surely generate an income because all houses
has plants and needed a container which is our project pots, our
project is very trendy and a good decoration for everyone’s houses.

 OBJECTIVES:
 To established an understanding of recycling, what can
be recycled and what recycled products can be used for.
 Controlling the impact of plastic waste on the
environment.
 Making our environment an eco-friendly zone.
 Saving animals and the sea from plastic waste.
 To protect barangay from pollution that might affect
the people’s health.

SOURCES OF FUND
The some of funds for this project will come from the Barangay
Officials donations, project coordinators own pocket and some funds
from solicitation which will came from those people who can give
their support for this project to be possible.
 ACTUAL STRATEGY
1.THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this project is to lessen the waste in the
surroundings and build unity among the citizens. This Bag will help
the citizen in their daily lives for being creative and productive. This
will be accomplished through the help of some Barangay staff and
also the support of some citizen within the Barangay. It aims to help
the Barangay to reduce the pollution caused by waste.

2.IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT

The project BAGpapatupad ng Kalinisan will be held every Saturday
and Sunday. The working hours of the participants will be 4hours every
Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. During the first day we will
be asking the secretary of the Barangay on where can we find a good location
to make the Bags, and rest of the activities will be held on the remaining
sessions.

A. REASON WHY YOU CHOOSE THIS PROJECT

We want to implement this project because we want
something that will last and they will remembered, that because of the
waste they will established unity and strategy on how to deal with the
waste in the surroundings .
B. HOW AND WHERE WILL YOU ACQUIRE THE RAW
MATERIALS?

Our raw materials is from waste and some things that are no
longer to be used in Barangay Palanas. We came up to this idea
because we want to help this barangay to be strategic in life using
waste.

C. HOW WILL YOU COMMERCIALIZE THE

PRODUCT?
We will make a brochure about different style and design of
a product that can be used to get the attention of the citizen. We will
also make a strategy that can be develop our public relation and their
suggestion will also be considered. We will make sure that the price of
a product will be affordable.

D. HOW CAN YOUR GROUP ASSURE THAT THE

PROJECT YOU PROPOSED WILL GENERATE AN
INCOME?
Our recyclable bag project aims for cleanliness for the
Barangay. This recyclable bag project assure that will generate
income it can be used by the majority, especially to the mothers who
always go to the market.

Pagmamalasakit Project
 OBJECTIVES
 To produce a high quality newspaper basket.
 Develop one’s love for work and be resourceful.
 Show creativity in promoting the product.
 Making the community clean and organize.

 SOURCES OF FUND
The sources of fund for this project is with the help of each
family member of the barangay Palanas, it is a big help that how
much they can give for this project and also with help of our
Barangay Officials and the Barangay Captain, the source of funds
will be faster so that the project will have a smooth and good
outcome.
 ACTUAL STRATEGY
1. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is all about newspaper basket, this newspaper basket
will help students as well as our home in Barangay Palanas. There are many
things that can be done in our newspaper so that we can reduce garbage
instead of throwing it away and it can also be used at school to help teachers.
This project will help everyone to have the knowledge to make discarded items
that can be turned into income.
 2. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT
The Dyaryong Basket daan sa Pagmamalasakit Project
will be needing to cooperation of the residents and Barangay
Officials. This project will start every Sunday and Saturday
around 8:00 am to 11:00 am in the morning.

A. REASONS WHY WE CHOOSE THIS PROJECT

We choose this project which is Newspaper Basket the citizens in
Barangay Palanas to avoid throwing papers or anything that can be
monetized. Newspapers contains many toxins that leaks into the soil
from open and covered landfills and into soil, where it causes
ecological damage. That's the reason why we create this kind of
project for Barangay Palanas to be safe from ecological damage, by
recycling newspapers we can help Barangay Palanas to prevent
greenhouse gases into the barangay and to prevent toxic gases that
contributes to air pollution.

B. HOW AND WHERE WILL YOU ACQUIRE THE

RAW MATERIALS?
Our raw materials is from the old newspapers that is no
longer needed instead of going to the trash or on the side of the road
this product doesn't need much budget but it will surely needs a lot of
time and effort. We want Barangay Palanas to have an income and to
unleash their creativity.
C. HOW WILL YOU COMMERCIALIZE THE
PRODUCT?
We will create a social media account on Instagram and
mostly on Facebook because now a days using social media platforms
is a trend it will surely help us to meet more customers.

D. HOW CAN YOUR GROUP ASSURE THAT THE

PROJECT YOU PROPOSED WILL GENERATE AN
INCOME?
Our project will surely generate an income because all houses
needs a basket to place their belongings such as; tv remote, chargers
and they can also use the basket as an plates and bowls storage.
