visitor/buyer traffic at a total cost of GHS265,000

§ Ghana Post is expected to provide a marketing budget to help recruit merchants and also to recruit buyers
and retain them, thereby increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).

Below is a breakdown of expected marketing budget over a 3-year period. An initial budget of GHS150,000 will
be required for initial marketing activities, covering a period of three (3) months.
