My shortcoming

M
y great deficiency, to improve is to stop being
impatient. Likewise I have been since I was little,
perhaps because I have seen it reflected in my parents
and they have taught me about punctuality and the responsibility
that must be taken in each activity that you are going to
undertake. However, most of the people in my social environment
are not punctual at all, that is why I have been trying for a long
time to adapt and learn to manage my impatience both personally
and at work.

During this adaptation process, my boyfriend helped me, who is a

very patient person and has learned to handle life with ease. To
start this process, I had several stages: The first was to
understand that not all people think like me, each one has their
different tasks where each one risks to get ahead.

The second phase is: putting into practice in daily situations the
solution that I have given to my situation. When you really want
to learn to overcome a defect that you have had for years, this
phase is not so simple where they demand more of your
collaboration.

The last phase, I saw, for example, my friend who works in a

newspaper office, how she learned and was able to improve her
defect of being more responsible every day and above all
patient, since it is hard work. Another of my colleagues who
works and studies at the same time learned to improve herself
through efforts and seeing how capable she is.

At the end of life we can have many defects but if we learn to
improve them, we can become better people, capable of
understanding others more.
