Bonus
BonusispayableatthediscretionoftheCompanydependingonthefinancialperformanceoftheCompanyaswellasyourperformanceduring

Annualleave
Annualleaveisforteen
(14)daysaftercompletionofoneyearemploymentwiththecompanyandeighteen(18)daysaftercompletionofthreeyears.Noleaveaccumu
lationtothenextyearisallowedandanyleavenottakenisforfeited.

MedicalLeave
Youareentitledtothefollowingsickleave,subjecttotherulesandregulationinforce:--‐
a) Wherenohospitalizationisnecessary,14dayspercalendaryear.
b) Wherehospitalizationisnecessary,30daysintheaggregatepercalendaryear.
c) Providedthatifyouhavetakenanysickleavefornon--
‐hospitalization,thenumberofmedicalleaveforhospitalizationshallbereducedbytheextendofthenumberofdayssickleavetakenfornon--
‐hospitalization.
