PROCLAMATION NO. 210-B

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 10, DATED FEBRUARY 16, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE
MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND
DECLARING SUCH PORTIONS OF THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN AS ARE ALREADY DULY
CLASSIFIED ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE OR UNRESERVED FOR ANY PUBLIC OR QUASI-PUBLIC
PURPOSES OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant
to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do
hereby revoke Proclamation No. 10, dated February 16, 1925, which established the military
reservation situated in the province of Bataan, island of Luzon, and declare such portions of the
areas embraced therein as are already duly classified alienable and disposable or unreserved for
any public or quasi-public purposes open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land
Act, subject to the following conditions and to such conditions and limitations as may be
prescribed by the Office of the President:

1. The Director of Lands, in accordance with law, shall take over the management,
administration, supervision and disposition of the areas embraced herein;

2. The portion provisionally occupied by the National Shipyard and Steel Corporation (NASSCO)
comprising an area of 556.57 hectares, more or less, shall be clearly delineated, duly surveyed
and excluded from the operation of this proclamation; and

3. Portions which are not as yet classified as alienable and disposable shall be administered by
the Bureau of Forestry.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the
Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and
sixty-seven.
