1. Housekeeping May I have your attention ladies and gentleman, our event will start
shortly, therefore please be ready.
2. Welcoming Good evening ladies and gentleman. Respected judges, the organising
speech committee, all staff and fellow students. On behalf of the organising
committee, I would like to welcome everyone in this evening to join and
support the Choir in English competition 2020.

It is with our heartiest gratitude that we are able to be here today.

3. Criteria Ladies and gentleman,
Reading
Before we start our competition, I will explain briefly about the rules and
guidelines.
4. Judges Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, next we would like to invite
Introduction the judges to take their respective seats.

Our competition will be judged by 3 judges:

 Mr. Aking Lang, our PK HEM.
 Mr. Syukri Saree, our beloved art teacher
And finally Ms. Fionee, our teacher from the English panel.
5. Competition Without further ado, I would like to call upon the first group to perform

6. Score counting With that, all groups have performed their songs. Let’s us give a few
& performance minutes for the scorekeepers to finalise the marks.

7. Prize Giving Ladies and gentlemen, students, the result is in my hand. Let me announce
starting from the third place.

8. Housekeeping Ladies and gentleman, next, we would like to acknowledge the importance
of the judges who came by and adjudicate with wisdom to pick the winners
for today’s competition.

Without their commitments and wise decisions we would not get the
winner for today’s competition. Again, thank you to all three of them.

Ladies and gentleman, we hope that this competition will be a sweet

memory to all the contestants nevertheless you win or lose. To me,
everyone is the winner as you have battle yourself to step on the stage to
overcome your fear and deliver your songs.

9. Final speech That’s all for today’s event. On behalf of the organising committees, I
would like to apologize if we have done any mistakes throughout the
competition. Till we meet again.
