Reporting Student Progress AIS UN-WEIGHTED GRADING SCALE

indicates a student’s success in passing courses, earning academic Demonstrating Proficiency (DP) A- 3.7
credits, and meeting promotion and graduation requirements, is Demonstrating Proficiency (DP) B+ 3.3

Approaching Proficiency (AP) B- 2.7
AIS grades reflect student achievement in meeting the expectations
and requirements of the high school program. To provide a more Approaching Proficiency (AP) C+ 2.3
accurate measurement of learning, we include two grades on our Approaching Proficiency (AP) C 2.0
