A Message from Ms. Smith
I am in the process of purchasing more audio and ebooks for easy
access outside of school through our library book catalog. With that said, I
am making a list of titles to order with a specific focus on those titles most
used by students in their classes. While I can't get everything this year due to
our budget and the great expense for each title, I am hoping to order a few at
a time. If you have a book that you would like either an audio version or an
ebook version to be available, please email me with your request and I will do
my best to ensure access.

The VT Holocaust
Memorial's Leaf Project
MISSION:
The Leaf Project is a call to action to learn lessons drawn from the Holocaust to
help us recognize prejudice, discrimination and stereotyping. By collecting 1 individualized
leaf at a time, this project enables us inspire tolerance and appreciation of diversity, courage
and heroism through interactive learning. The goal is to create and collect 1.5 million leaves,
one for each child who perished in the Holocaust. In this way, we connect to history and honor
lives lost. Vermont Holocaust Memorial will collect, count, mount and eventually display the
leaves in a collective exhibition.
WHERE TO MAIL:
Finally, gather all of your personalized leaves and send them to the below address:
