Origins of the virus

The coronavirus has infected more than 3.5 million people worldwide, with at least 247,000 dead. The
US accounts for nearly a third of the global confirmed cases and more than one fourth of the deaths.
Pompeo's remarks followed US President Donald Trump's claims on Thursday that he had seen
evidence that gave him a "high degree of confidence" the virus originated in a laboratory in Wuhan.
Trump declined to provide details to back up his assertion.
Scientists in China and the West have pointed to research indicating that the virus is likely to have
originated in bats and jumped to humans from an intermediate host -- just like its cousin that caused
the SARS epidemic in 2002 and 2003.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence also said in a statement Thursday that the "Intelligence
Community also concurs with the wide scientific consensus that the Covid-19 virus was not man-
made or genetically modified."

Asked Sunday about that conclusion, Pompeo said he has "no reason to disbelieve" the intelligence
community, despite comments earlier in the same interview that "the best experts so far seem to think
it was man-made. I have no reason to disbelieve that at this point."
Chinese officials and state media have repeatedly stressed that there has been no conclusion on the
exact origin of the virus, while pushing their own unfounded claims alleging it did not originate in
China. In March, Zhao Lijian, a spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, p romoted a
c onspiracy theory on Twitter that the virus had originated in the US and was brought to China by the US
military.

  In my opinion, this issue of coronavirus is a very delicate thing, since it is taking many lives and we must take care of
ourselves and our families.
 I´m not sure why they just told us lies on the subject.
 I believe that coronavirus is the worst disease that humans have created.
 I tell you all this because the coronavirus was born in china.
 I feel that china is hiding a lot of information from us about how this disease was born.
 In my opinion, the presidents of those tow countries should be in prison.
 I am not convinced that this disease was not created for strategic purposes.

 In my opinion, I completely agree that the rights of women are equal to the rights of men and that we walk
with the same intellectual capacities and that for me women are not of the sex of the devil, they are strong and
capable of many things that women live.
 This situation can change if men stop thinking that women are incapable, since we are very wrong.
Women are less than us in many ways what happens is that men do not like to recognize.

 Military service should not be compulsory since all young people do not like the army,
there is also a risk to their lives and it is not fair that they are forced to do what they do not

 If I agree with the death penalty because in our country many things happen and nothing

5. What do you thing about de virtual classes? Do you feel more comfortable working at home?

What could be the best strategy to improve it?

 The virtual classes are very good but I like the classes more.
 If I feel comfortable working at home since I don´t have as much pressure.
 So we are fine as the guides are very educational, I would like us to do some online
classes.
