Grand Cruise Holidays Packages are Cruises presented by Thomas Cook Personalised Holidays. The
unique selling point of the package is the cruise with 2 nights of hotel stay free in the city where the
cruise starts from.

 Are these packages based on Minimum number of passengers to operate?

All packages are based on minimum 2 passengers requirement to operate on specific date
departures.

 What is the cabin category cost is given for the cruise?

Inside cabin category is given with all the cruise package

 What is the 3rd and 4th pax cost for the packages?
The 3rd and 4th pax cost may differ on case to case basis depending on the availability of the cabin
categories. Please get in touch with us on case to case basis

 Is the Grand Cruise Holidays Package price fixed?

Yes the Grand Cruise Holidays Package are fixed price for limited time offer 10th April 2015.

 In order to avail of the special offer do I have to travel on the specific dates only?
Yes, there are specific dates when these cruise packages will operate.

 Can we include more optional sightseeing/meal along with a combo for the clients?
Yes we can include the meals and optional sightseeing for the clients on request / case to case
basis, apart from the client taking a combo.

 Are flights included in this package?

No, Flights are not included in this package

 Will these packages have a Indian Tour Manager / Tour Manager on tour?
No these packages do not have any tour manager however a local representative will take care of
the clients in case of any emergencies or assistance required just like the usual FIT process.

 What is the location of the Hotels?

All Hotels are conveniently located within the periphery of the City

 What is the category of the Hotels?
All Hotels are 3 star category.

 Will the Breakfast be included?

Yes breakfast is included with the hotel stay

 Can a client extend hotels or other services pre or post his booked package?
Yes he can, but this has to be informed to us in advance. The supplement cost will be provided for
the same on case to case basis. A deviation charge will be charged for the same.

 Are visas, Insurance, Transfers and GST of 3.09% included?

No, visas are not included unless clearly specified. Insurance and GST is also additional.

 What is the booking deposit and the payment terms for booking this package?
Booking deposit of USD 499 OR EURO 499 per adult and child has to be collected at the time of
reporting the booking. The balance package cost has to be collected in full 45 days prior to
departure. This will be communicated on case to case basis.

 When will Tour Documents be provided?

All Tour Documents will be provided 7 days prior to departure.

 Are the Shore Excursions on the cruises included in the package?

No, the shore excursions are not added in the cruise cost.

 What are the inclusions on board the ship?

The cruise includes accommodation, food, entertainment.
