Out team is very proud of: Drive Out’s
latest guide to 4x4 trails in South Africa.
It is by far the biggest, most reliable and
most affordable 4x4 trail guide available.
Living in a country with around 400
ac­tive 4x4 trails is a great privilege.
Not every person who owns a 4x4 nec-
essarily spends every weekend at Moegatle
to see how many mud tyres he can write
mountain biking, fishing, swimming and
watch Saturday afternoon’s Currie Cup
match between the Cheetahs and Bulls –
without getting stuck in a crowd.
We give you comprehensive information
on 115 trails, of which 24 are included for
the first time (some are new and others are
covered here for the first time). You also get

vehicle in a safe environment, without

right line over rocks, how to place your
wheels in the right place, how to use your
diff lock and how to pull away on a steep
incline when your vehicle has stalled.
