correction of the Nursing Management Meeting dated July 5,

 Chart Audit Ms. Leonora Marie Cuarteros made a
feedback about the meeting held last August
9, 2019 with the Medical Record Staff. She
mentioned that nurses care of are
immediately addressed before the charts are
being filed.

 Dealing with Sr. Rowena Rodil, SPC re-emphasized the

Customer capability of the middle managers to deal
Complaints with customer complaints and to put into
proper perspective if there are interferences
by the medical doctors with regards to
administrative function of the middle
managers.

 Eco Waste Ms. Tristan Joy Pablo mentioned that

Management reusable trays will be provided to watchers
and visitors to be used in carrying their
valuable items instead of using plastic bag.
