Task 1. Reflecting Society

Assignment.

To discover your creativity in writing and to think outside the box is to write your own story
based on the picture, To effectively achieve this, use your experiences, realistic events/stories
or background knowledge to express understanding or a reflection on the picture which may
happen in your life or in the society.

Guide Questions:

1. What issue you drew or understood on the picture?


2. Who are the characters in your story or in the story you have written?
3. What is the setting ( time and place) imaginary or realistic?
4. Who is the protagonist ( who leads the story, the good one) and antagonist ( the bad,
who fights against the protagonists)?
5. How did the protagonist fight or solve the problem?
6. What issues did the protagonist on his journey or life?
7. How did the story end? (usually your solution to the problem facing the society or it is
protagonist suggesting a solution to government on what he or she can do even in a
simple manner.

Use your own penmanship and write your own interpretation on a piece of paper.

Criteria:

Mastery of language - 40%


Clarity and Organization - 30%
Creativity/Complexity - 30%
Total - 100%
