REPORT: INTERCULTURAL WEEK

In the intercultural week we did an activity known as the cinema context where the
purpose of the participants was to guess through the tracks the name of the movie.
also, make the respective description of the movie and with the respective partners
get the prize by earning three points one for each success this in the shortest time
possible about one to two minutes. Many people from the study group and other
programs participated in this activity, promoting the English language as a learning
objective by developing speech, interaction, listening, among other important
points.

were presented as from other parts of the world. In this activity, Mexico, Colombia,
Germany, Australia could be recognized, explaining a small part of their typical

food, clothing, customs, special days. For example, in Mexico they explained the
Day of the Dead considered a national holiday, where they make rites to the
deceased and especially paint their faces and make decorations like Catrinas. At
the Colombian stand they explained the coffee axis area, the coffee process from
the collection to the finished product. On the other hand, several typical dishes
such as wafer, paisa tray, arequipe, shampoo and empanada.
